infrastructure and for the provision of water treatment for manufacturing, hotel and public sector services for the population. We have gathered valuable experience
through our cooperation with reputed companies in similar sector and in long-term water-related infrastructure projects and we are currently operating successful BOOT , BOT
project.
Under a DBOO arrangement, PT. SARANA INTI PERTIWI takes over management responsibility for the planning, construction, and operation of a water supply system or wastewater system/ treatment plant, all in accordance with the technical speci?cations stipulated by its public-sector partner.
DBOO in our water business is based on the concept whereby PT. SARANA lNTl PERTIWI undertakes the role of an alternative water resource supplier so that the Clients do not need to rely on the municipality only for supply of clean water.
PT. SARANA INTI PERTIWI will design and build the water treatment plant with our own ?nancial resources, install the plant in our Clients premises, operate and maintain the plant with our own personnel and dispense good quality water to our Client, charging on the basis of cubic meter of water consumed.
A long term contract to supply quality water will be established at a certain predetermined quantity, quality and rate. Within the period of the contract, the Clients are committed to receive water at an agreed rate and quantity per day.
PT. SARANA INTI PERTIWI is committed to supply this quantity at a certain agreed quality with random tests (third party laboratory) carried out to determine such quality.
The concept is mutual benefit for both PT. SARANA INTI PERTIWI and the client. The Client do not need to additional scope of works in plant and even with/without investment, Client will have benefit greatly.
PT. SARANA INTI PERTIWI may agree to sell the equipment to the Client when the Client is familiar with the operation and maintenance of water treatment plant.
